Vault Wulvix Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Account Holder") and Vault Wulvix ("Company", "we", "our"). By creating an account, selecting the agreement tickbox on the registration form, or utilizing the web client or API, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Your access to and use of Vault Wulvix complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Vault Wulvix provides an encrypted cloud safe for personal and enterprise users. Features include client-side encrypted password management, confidential document archiving, bank account details storage, renewal reminders, digital estate emergency inheritance transfer, and local AI-assisted search.

3. Sole Master Password Responsibility & No Backdoor Policy

Because Vault Wulvix is built on zero-knowledge encryption, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions without exception:

4. Account Security & Permanent Email Requirement

You agree to provide a valid, permanent email address when registering. In order to protect system security, reduce spam, and ensure emergency notifications can reach you reliably:

• We explicitly prohibit disposable, burner, or temporary email addresses (e.g. Yopmail, Mailinator, GuerrillaMail). Accounts detected utilizing disposable email services are subject to immediate suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your active session tokens and enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric unlocks where available.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Vault Wulvix to:

• Upload, store, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, fraudulent, or promotes terrorism, violence, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Store, host, or execute malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, Trojan horses, keyloggers, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack the integrity or availability of Vault Wulvix infrastructure, servers, or client applications.
• Conduct automated scraping, denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or credential stuffing operations against our authentication endpoints.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes cause for immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of services.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Fair Storage Usage Quotas

Vault Wulvix offers Free and Premium subscription tiers (Pro and Enterprise). Each tier specifies distinct encrypted storage capacities and device sync quotas:

• Storage Caps: Exceeding your plan's encrypted storage limit will prevent new document uploads until additional capacity is provisioned or older files are purged.
• Billing Renewals: Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your billing dashboard.
• Fair Usage: High-frequency automated synchronization exceeding normal interactive human usage may be rate-limited to preserve system performance.

7. Emergency Legacy Protocol & Legal Authority

By configuring Emergency Legacy Contacts in your Vault Wulvix account, you grant legal authorization for designated contacts to initiate access claims to your encrypted vault:

8. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Your Data Remains Yours: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership, copyright, and title to all data, documents, credentials, and notes uploaded to your vault. Vault Wulvix claims no ownership or license to your vault content beyond the technical right to transmit and store encrypted payloads on your behalf.

Vault Wulvix IP: The application software, trademarks, logos, UI designs, codebases, and technical documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Vault Wulvix and its licensors.

9. Service Uptime, Maintenance & Backups

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our synchronization APIs. However:

• We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or resilient against catastrophic global internet disruptions.
• Users are strongly advised to utilize the built-in Encrypted Vault Export feature periodically to retain offline cold-storage backups of their critical data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VAULT WULVIX AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VAULT WULVIX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VAULT WULVIX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vault Wulvix and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of another person or entity.

13. Account Termination & Voluntary Erasure

You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and initiating a cryptographic vault purge via your profile dashboard. Upon deletion:

• All active sessions, encrypted blobs, and profile data are instantly purged from operational databases.
• Because your vault is zero-knowledge encrypted, post-deletion recovery is mathematically impossible.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable commercial jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting legal@vaultwulvix.com before commencing formal arbitration.

15. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Notice of material modifications will be provided at least 30 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect via an in-app banner or an email alert to your registered address. Continuing to use Vault Wulvix after the effective date of the revised Terms signifies your binding acceptance.
